About the Role
Eaton's IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Coupling Assembler - 2nd Shift to join our team in Beltsville, MD!
The core hours are 3 pm - 11 pm. The hourly rate for this position is $19.50 per hour + 10% shift premium. Please note
the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience,
and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you'll do: Perform minor set‐ups and operate
multiple machines, to execute a sequence of operations such as turn, drill, and bore a variety of metal components.
Conduct the following operations: reaming, inserting hammer drive screws, peening operation and assembling hardware. Set
