About the Role
About the Role: AggDirect is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Dispatcher to join our team in Beltsville, MD. As
a leading tech-enabled aggregate brokerage and hauling company, we connect construction projects with haulers and
materials. In this role, you will heavily utilize AggDirect’s proprietary dispatching software and mobile platform to
orchestrate daily hauling schedules, manage commercial drivers, and streamline the movement of stone, sand, gravel, and
dirt across the region. Key Responsibilities: Master Proprietary Systems: Learn, utilize, and provide driver feedback on
AggDirect’s custom digital dispatch and fleet-tracking software. Coordinate Digital Fleet Schedules: Assign, route, and
