Facilities & Maintenance Technician Part
About the Role
This position is responsible for keeping Frederick, MD facilities operating; perform a wide range of repair tasks around
a facility. Starting pay rate: $26.00 (based off experience) Schedule: 7AM-3PM / 8AM-4PM Able to troubleshoot and repair
most mechanical systems or have a comparable understanding. Assist with ground maintenance including seasonal activities
such as plowing, shoveling, salting. Monitor water systems and boiler operations Preventive Maintenance of buildings and
facilities Installation and/or modification of new and existing equipment Maintain critical spare parts list inventory
and assist with ordering. Process work orders Assist in waste treatment facility operations Lagoon operations according
