About the Role

Milling Machine Operator The Milling Machine Operator is responsible for operating milling machines on heavy highway and

roadway paving projects. This position ensures accurate removal of asphalt and concrete surfaces to required depths and

grades while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities Operate milling machines to

remove existing pavement on highways and roadways Control depth, slope, and grade according to project plans and

specifications Coordinate with ground crew, truck drivers, and paving crews to ensure efficient operations Perform daily

equipment inspections and basic maintenance Monitor machine performance and material flow during operations Follow all
