Maintenance Technician Division: Multifamily Status: Non - Exempt JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining the physical

integrity and appearance of the property by ensuring all buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company

standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This includes performing routine maintenance, handling resident
