Scanner Maintenance Technician
About the Role
This position requires an active IRS MBI clearance or the ability to obtain a IRS MBI clearance to be considered. A
government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. Citizen. You must provide documentation that you
are a U.S. citizen. The On-Site Scanner Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing daily maintenance of IBML
FUSiON 8400 scanners located at IRS service centers. This role ensures the scanners remain fully operational through
preventative and remedial maintenance, documentation, and coordination with manufacturer’s technicians and IRS IT staff
for firmware and system upgrades. The technician serves as the first point of contact for daily operational issues and
