About the Role
Service Coordinator A successful Service Coordinator is responsible for efficient day-to-day service operation by
overseeing the scheduling activities of our service team. This multi-tasking position demands the successful candidate
to be a team player that works well under pressure. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Provide friendly service to
customers and company departments while offering enthusiastic guidance and support. Schedule the service team in a way
that maximizes productivity and meets customer needs; adjust schedule as needed. Keep data and customer records up to
date. Notify customers before service, in a timely manner, and proactively inform customers of any delays or changes.
