Temporary Remote Dispatcher

About the Role

REMOTE POSITION ~ Must reside in Capitol Market Area To include Virtual Training Shift: 7am-5:30pm ET - Prefer to be

flexible within 2am-6pm ET operation hours Dispatch, Logistics, Routing, Call Center experience preferred! Strong

Communication and Computer skills a plus! Communicates back and forth with WM Drivers to assist with problem resolution

while on route for residential, commercial and roll-off lines of business. Interacts with customers that includes WM

customer service, sales, and operational staff (i.e. Uses WM proprietary software to manage same day ticket routing as

well as preparing all routes for the next day. Shifts vary with the potential for overtime and Saturday hours depending
